So yummy! Perfect amount of sweet and savory, perfect amount of shine on your fingers so not overly oily. Great bread to filling ratio in my opinion and the tomato pesto danish was most bold in flavor but still very balanced. ❤️ will definitely be a regular visitor here. Service was very fast and you can always park on the side road if their spaces are full.

I went early in the morning, which is the best time to go. Lots of things to choose from everything is fresh. The prices are reasonable, especially if you compare them to the market prices that are like seven dollars a croissant. I’m very happy and I will continue to go. I love their bread and croque monsier really good no complaints. Also, very kind ladies great customer service too, I don’t know why people tend to write negative reviews when at the end of the day they’re hurting somebody’s business.

One of my favorite bakeries. The pastries are amazing. The croissants are absolutely delicious. I also get the sour dough bread sliced. The prices are very reasonable as well. Get here early though or everything will be sold out.

Lovely little place. Everything is to go but oh so good. It’s the perfect mid week treat and bonus points if you take some to the office. PS the Pan Suisse is heavenly

Oh my!!! Definitely some of the best pastries in Miami. Unfortunately other French shops frequently over do pastries with too much sugar. Casa bake gives you the perfect balance, and it’s absolutely delicious. It was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely be back. Only downside is parking is a bit tight, but you won’t mind once you’re taking your first bite. 🥐

Casa Bake is one of the best bakeries and breakfast takeout spots in Miami. The croissants are authentic, light as a cloud, perfectly crisp, and always fresh. They also have a fun assortment of rotating food like quiches, tarts, and little French goodies. The coffees are fresh made espressos, the matchas are tasty, and the price of everything is right! This spot is a hidden gem of Miami, stop by especially if it’s along your drive ;)

Casa Bake is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious croissants or any other type of bread. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Every item they serve is always delicious. I can’t think of anything better than starting my day with a croissant and coffee from Casa Bake.

I absolutely love Casa Bake French Bakery. it’s a true, authentic French bake shop. The croissants are hands down the best in town: perfectly flaky, buttery, and fresh every time. The sourdough baguette is just as impressive, crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. And don’t even get me started on the desserts… the pavlova and chocolate cake are simply out of this world. So good! If you’re looking for real French quality and amazing taste, this place is a must-visit.

The croissants are super pillowy soft with the perfect crunch on top. We tried the filled pistachio, chocolate, dulce de leche, ham and cheese, and the crokie. All were amazing! Great prices. My favorite was the ham and cheese. The cashier was also super nice and friendly! Will be back

Ben is a master laminator. As in, sublime laminator. That is the quintessence of what Casa Bake comes down to; what it is all about. That foundation is what makes every offering consistently tremendous. The rotating lineups of pastries, outside of the regular bunch, is always fresh, exciting and inventive. But, just the same as many are often excited for newness, it is saddening whenever masterpieces exit rotations. Ben understands not just viennoiserie to a tee, but also business; and plays by the first rule of economics: scarcity relative to demand. I do not function on today's status-quo FOMO herd mentality, but I respect the acumen. Of note, Casa Bake's online ordering platform is exceptional in straightforwardness, efficiency and accessibility. The XL croissant was a thing of genius, one of the finest croissants I have ever had. I love that there was a density to it, with thicker, chewier, rich buttery layers in its honeycomb; especially where the web meets the bottom crust, rather than merely airy, light, spacious, loose, hollow flakiness. Boulangers almost unanimously swear by the latter; but these rich, condensed layers transmute a fine croissant only larger into a decadent, gratifying, substantial, luscious laminated heaven. I do not say this lightly, that Ben's XL croissant may well be the best I have ever had outside of maybe Lyon, Bern or Paris, and easily on par with those. Will be out of town over the next few weeks, or else I would rush down to try his Kouign Amann, over which I had previously bothered him when it was out of rotation. And my husband swears by the savory adaptations. Casa Bake deserves the hype; it is well-earned.
